Alameda 303 is a mixed-use building (housing and services) with a view over Antas Avenue, characterized by simple cubic forms and a ventilated facade in stapled stone and aluminum composite. The housing program is developed in the six upper floors. The building is served by two floors of underground parking and also a ground floor dedicated to commerce and services. The proposed layout creates very illuminated compartments, which allow taking advantage of the sunlight. The exterior arrangements will include a lawn and also a green “curtain”, acting as a nature wall between the construction and the rear building.
