The new MEO store’s concept aims to differentiate how the consumer visits and experiences a telecommunications store. Even though the service stations are kept as they were, the traditional counters are replaced by redesigned new elements. In this new concept, physical barriers between clients and professionals are removed, facilitating contact and interaction, while promoting a proximity service. By creating strategic paths, the use of new materials, and the careful design of the original furniture, the project offers a warming and captivating environment to the client.
