Developed in collaboration with architect João Álvaro Rocha, Heidelberg University Hospital project aims to balance the necessarily large dimension of this building by creating a compensation between the built area and the exterior arrangements. The building can be defined as a set of pavilions that inhabit the park. The courtyards provide great natural lighting for the rooms and the elegant green spaces as the central elements, creating a design where the relationship between the internal and external environments plays a key role.
