Diaverum is a hemodialysis clinic, in Lisbon, inside an existing building ⎼ dating from the beginning of the 20th century ⎼ which used to be a garage and car station, with a subsequently reinforced concrete structure. The program is composed of two floors and was structured due to the careful implementation of the vertical accesses, comprising three elevators and three stairwells. The general hemodialysis treatment rooms are on the first floor, but the ground floor is also equipped with treatment rooms for patients with infectious diseases. In total, there are 45 treatment stations in the building.
